Ash Wednesday Services
The season of Lent draws near: a time when we journey with Jesus into the wilderness and engage in reflection and prayer. This season begins with a remembrance of our mortality. Each year ashes are inscribed on our foreheads in the shape of a cross. We remember that God created us from the dust of the earth and we will return there one day. We recommit to living lives shaped by the cross, as we begin the journey with Jesus toward death.

This year, Dreams and Visions is invited to observe Ash Wednesday with our partners at St. Mark’s. The service will take place in the sanctuary in the side chapel where the St. Mark's icon hangs. You are invited to mark the beginning of this holy season alongside your siblings in faith.

Masks and distancing are required.
