UPDATE: RAIN PLAN

Since it is raining, we will move our planned "God's Work Our Hands" work day inside!

We'll be sorting clothing for our friends at North Ave Mission from 1:30 -3:30. Then worship at 4pm!

Come round the church at 1:30 (or anytime after) if you'd like to help. If the door is closed, ring the doorbell that’s up the stairs, to the right of the wheelchair ramp.

“God’s Work, Our Hands” is a denominational day of service in the ELCA. Lutheran communities all around the country will be doing God’s work out in the world to support their neighborhoods.

Our partner congregation, St. Mark’s, will be doing some outside work tending to the parking lot and sidewalk spaces shared by many of our ministries.

Dreams and Visions will be supporting the Red Shed Village, a ministry of North Avenue Mission, painting some trim on the huts and helping with other projects around the Village.

Bring a water bottle, work gloves if you’ve got ‘em, and clothes that you don’t mind wearing for some outdoor work.

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm (with plenty of time to rest and cool off before worship at 4:00 pm!)
